Born in 1993, Demir graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering at Hasan Kalyoncu University and subsequently earned a master’s degree in Soil Mechanics, obtaining the title of Senior Civil Engineer.
He began his professional career by working on major infrastructure projects in Turkey. He first worked on the İzmir Sabuncubeli Tunnel Project, then served as project manager on the Antalya Expo Rail System Project. He subsequently served as a member of the executive board on the Istanbul Northern Marmara Highway Project, one of Turkey’s major transportation infrastructure projects.
Since 2019, Demir has focused on entrepreneurial activities, directing his efforts toward industrial investments by establishing production facilities, particularly in the metal industry and metal processing sectors. In addition to the production and trading companies he has established in Turkey, he continues to pursue investment and business development initiatives in various regions, notably Dubai, as part of his international investment activities.
To manage these investments and commercial activities under a more institutional framework, he founded ECD Global. ECD Global is structured as a multi-sector investment platform that brings together companies operating in various sectors and engages in industrial production, international trade, investment, and strategic partnerships.
Enes Can Demir also plays an active role in the business world and civil society, serving as president and a board member of various non-governmental organizations.
Under the ECD Global umbrella, he aims to foster the growth of companies operating in the fields of industrial production, international investment, and strategic partnerships, as well as to develop new collaborations on a global scale.
